Admissions Criteria

To be eligible to attend Chickasaw Children's Village, a prospective student must present a Certificate of Degree of Indian Blood or proof of tribal membership. Applicant must be eligible to enroll in the local public school, have up to date immunization records, copies of birth certificates and social security card. Enrollment packet is available from Chickasaw Children's Village.
